All the payments, including the registrations fees and the hotel may be made by VISA or Mastercard on the 24 of july or  25 july in the morning at the organization room at the official Hotel.

The Hotel Package at the Confort Downtown (special prize) that is located in front of the tournament Hall must be paid fully before the beggining of the tournament at the organization room at the official Hotel  or in advance to the organization.It is not obliged to stay at the official hotel but if you choose to do so you should do it through the organization

Total of the hotel package (per person) that includes 8 nights with breakfast (entrance 12:00 of july,25 and checkout at 12 august,2):

in a SINGLE room:  R$1.343,45

in a DOUBLE room : R$ 780,00

 

Registration Fee: $ 100 (One Hundred Dollars U.S.). registration FIDE America: U.S. $ 100 (One Hundred Dollars U.S.). Payable at the time of registration before 12:00 July 25, to be received directly from the CCA or organization or in advance with the organization. 

No chess player may participate without fulfilling this requirement. Entries should be sent to formalize every Federation or individual , via email data from players: FIDE code, ELO, Date of Birth and Country, by Friday 24  July 5 P.M.
